1. Does this site use cookies?
The QMex website does not use cookies to track visitors' behaviour across the internet, to build advertising profiles or to display behavioural advertising. No Google Analytics, advertising network or social media tracking technologies are used on the site.
That said, your browser's local storage (localStorage) may be used to improve the user experience and to remember certain preferences you have set.
Although localStorage is not technically an HTTP cookie, it is a similar browser technology that stores information on the user's device. Information about such technologies is therefore provided within the scope of this Policy.
These entries are not used for advertising, profiling or tracking users' activity across other websites.
In addition, the Cloudflare Turnstile security verification service is used to prevent abuse of the demo and contact forms. Limited technical entries may be created for security purposes in connection with that service. Further details are set out in section 4.

These preferences are created only as a result of you using the relevant language or theme control.
The entries are not used for advertising or behavioural profiling and are not linked to your activity on other websites.
The table above shows the entries created by the QMex website on its own domain. The Cloudflare Turnstile security check that runs on the demo and contact forms may create technical entries for security purposes on Cloudflare's own domain (challenges.cloudflare.com). Those entries are managed by Cloudflare, fall within a strictly necessary security function, and serve no advertising or profiling purpose.
If analytics, marketing or similar technologies are added to the site in future, this table will be updated to show the name, provider, purpose, legal basis and retention period of the technologies used.
3. Managing your preferences
You can change your theme and language preferences at any time through the relevant controls on the website.
If you clear your browser's site data or local storage, your saved theme and language preferences are deleted and the site returns to its default settings.
As no analytics, advertising or marketing cookies requiring explicit consent are currently used on the site, there is no need to offer an “accept” or “reject” choice through a separate cookie consent mechanism.
Should a technology requiring explicit consent be introduced in future, it will not be activated without obtaining the necessary choice from the user, and users will be able to change that choice afterwards.
4. Third-party technologies and international transfers
The qmex-theme and qmex-lang entries described above are kept in your browser's local storage, and the content of these preference entries is not transferred to third parties.
No third-party analytics, advertising or social media tracking technologies requiring explicit consent are currently used on the website.
The Cloudflare Turnstile security verification service is used to prevent abuse of the demo and contact form. While this service operates, the IP address, device and browser information and the limited technical data required for the security check are processed by Cloudflare, Inc., and a security-related entry may be created in your browser. That entry is not used for advertising or profiling; it forms part of a strictly necessary security function and is therefore not subject to explicit consent.
As Cloudflare, Inc. is headquartered in the United States, the technical data concerned may be transferred outside Türkiye. Detailed information on the legal basis for the transfer and the safeguards applied is set out in the “Transfers, including international transfers” section of the Privacy Notice (KVKK & GDPR).
If analytics, a content delivery network, security or any other third-party technology is used in future, this Policy will be updated to reflect the actual data processing and transfer structure of the service concerned.
5. Updates to this Policy
This Policy is updated if the cookies or similar technologies used on the website change.
Where a technology subject to explicit consent is used, the categories in the preference mechanism offered on the site are kept consistent with the categories set out in this Policy.
The current version of the Policy and the date of the last update are always published on this page.
