Privacy Policy
How data is collected, used and protected on the QMex website.
Last updated: 20 August 2026
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy covers the personal data processing activities carried out during use of the QMex marketing website.
For detailed information on the data controller, purposes of processing, legal grounds, transfers, retention periods and data subject rights, please see the Privacy Notice (KVKK & GDPR).
Personal data processed while QMex products are used by our customers or their users falls outside the scope of this Privacy Policy. Those processing activities are governed by the agreements between the relevant customer and BTS, by the applicable data processing agreements and by the data protection terms of the product or service concerned.
2. Data collected
The QMex website is not designed to track visitors for advertising or user profiling purposes.
When you visit the website, limited technical data may be processed in order to deliver the service, maintain information security, detect technical faults and prevent abuse. Such data may include the IP address, the date and time of access, the page or resource requested, basic technical information about the browser and device, and security and server logs.
If you use the demo or contact form, the information you send us through that form is also processed. Depending on the content of the form, this may include your name and surname, company or organisation name, corporate e-mail address, telephone number, the product or service you are interested in, and any message or comments you provide.
We recommend that you do not share, through the forms, special categories of personal data or personal data relating to third parties that are not necessary for evaluating the service.
3. Third-party services
As a matter of principle, the QMex website does not use tracking technologies operated by advertising networks or social media platforms for the purpose of building user profiles. Fonts, images and, where possible, other static content of the website may be served from our own infrastructure.
That said, third-party service providers may be used in order to operate the website, maintain its security and manage demo and contact requests.
When a demo or contact form is submitted, your personal data may be processed on the Zoho CRM platform for the purpose of evaluating your request and managing customer relationship processes. Microsoft 365 services may be used for corporate e-mail and notification processes.
The Cloudflare Turnstile security verification service is used to protect the demo and contact forms against automated or malicious use. While this service operates, the IP address, device and browser information and the limited technical data required for the security check are processed by Cloudflare, Inc. That data is used for security purposes only; it is not used for advertising or profiling.
If visitor measurement or analytics services are used on the website, detailed information about the technologies used and any cookies involved is provided in the Cookie Policy. Analytics technologies serving advertising or behavioural profiling purposes are not activated unless the required legal conditions are met.
Where hosting, content delivery network (CDN), security or similar technical service providers are used, those providers can access only the technical data necessary to deliver the service.
Detailed information on the parties to whom personal data is transferred and on the conditions for international transfers is set out in the “Transfers, including international transfers” section of the Privacy Notice (KVKK & GDPR).
4. Data security
The QMex website is served over HTTPS, ensuring that data transmitted between the website and the user is encrypted.
Technical and administrative measures appropriate to the nature of the risk are applied in order to secure personal data. In this context:
- access to personal data and to the related information systems is restricted in line with authorisation and business-need principles,
- security updates and the necessary technical controls are applied on server and application systems,
- access and security logs are kept to the extent necessary to detect and investigate security incidents,
- appropriate backup and restore processes are applied to systems containing personal data,
- incident detection, assessment and response processes are operated against unauthorised access, data loss, misuse and other information security incidents,
- third-party service providers' access to personal data is limited to the scope required by the service.
For more detail on our approach to information security, please see the Information Security Policy.
5. Linked sites
The QMex website may contain links to bts-tr.com, to the application addresses of QMex products and to other websites.
When you follow a link to another website, that site's own privacy and data protection practices may apply. Personal data processing carried out by third-party websites outside the control of BTS is not within the scope of this Privacy Policy.
Where a linked service is operated by BTS or QMex, the privacy, KVKK/GDPR or data processing notices published for that service apply.
6. Changes and contact
This Privacy Policy may be updated if the technologies used on the website, the service providers, the processing activities or the applicable legislation change. The current version and the date of the last update are published on this page.
For general questions about the protection of personal data and about this Privacy Policy, you can contact us at info@bts-tr.com.
The methods for submitting requests to exercise your rights under the KVKK and, to the extent applicable, the GDPR are explained in the “How to exercise your rights” section of the Privacy Notice (KVKK & GDPR).
